How to reach us

Cabo Snorkeling Tours is a booking guide. We are not a tour operator, not the marina and not the marine park, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. If you have already booked, the operator's confirmation email is the fastest route: it carries your reference and the contact the operator reads.

If your booking has a problem

Go to the company you booked through first. Every tour we list can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours ahead, and only the booking company can act on that. If the harbour master closed the port on the day, or your boat could not reach its snorkel stop, that is where a refund or a new date is arranged.

Corrections

If a figure is wrong, tell us and we will change it. Fares, dock fees and pickup times all move, and an operator can rewrite a listing overnight. We usually correct a reported error the same week.
